Shake Locate is a location discovery and sharing app that allows you to capture locations by shaking your phone, create curated lists of places, share locations with others, and discover nearby places.

3. User Accounts

• You must sign in with a valid Google account to use Shake Locate.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create, including locations, photos, notes, lists, and reviews. By posting content on Shake Locate, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the service (for example, showing your public lists to other users).

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Contains spam, malware, or misleading information.
• Infringes on intellectual property rights.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
